Before working with Pete, I was in a very bad space mentally and emotionally. It was so bad my boss had suggested I take some time off from work (little knowing that the job was causing this condition!). I knew I would not have enough time to truly regain/recover myself so I called Pete to jump start my “vacation/breakdown” time knowing it would be the right thing to do for myself. The first two sessions were spent in getting me ‘back to me’ as Pete would say, and the releasing techniques were great. He helped me realize how much of myself I had given away and it was time to bring it back! We have been working on “reclaiming me” ever since and it’s been the best!
Now, I am staying true to myself and daring to dream things I could not have considered if I had not been working with Pete: I’ve started my own blog, I’m creating a class of color theory for knitters for my local yarn shop and I’ll be participating in an amazing art retreat with amazing artists I admire and follow on the internet. I’ve even begun dreaming of creating MY dream art retreat with other artists I know and work with and I plan on Pete being one of them!!
